At Engraving, Awards & Gifts, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally limited to items with manufacturing defects or engraving errors. Please review our structured process below to initiate a resolution for your order.

Inspection and Documentation

Examine your custom award or gift upon arrival and take clear photographs of any damage, spelling errors, or craftsmanship defects discovered.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the documentation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Secure Packaging

Place the item back in its original protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit and include a copy of your RMA form inside the box.

Processing and Replacement

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will prioritize the production of a corrected replacement or issue a refund if the item cannot be reproduced.
